Description
Pre-Soldered Corne Cherry V3 split keyboard
This listing already includes the Corne Cherry V3 Kit and following components, which are already soldered to the PCBs and ready to use:
- 42x Diodes
- 42x Kailh MX Switch Sockets
- 2x TRRS jacks
- 2x Reset Switch Buttons
- 2x selected Controllers (Pro Micro or SuperMini or Nice!Nano)
- 2 sets of Controller Hotswap Sockets are already soldered to the PCB and 2 sets of Mill Max Pins are soldered to the selected MCU – making your MCU socketed
- if selected 2x SuperMini or 2x Nice!Nano then 2x Rechargeable Li-Po Battery 110mah (301230) will be soldered to them
- if selected to include 2x OLED Displays or 2x nice!views then 2x Oled Sockets also will be soldered to the PCB – socketing your displays
Parts that aren’t included:
- Corne Cherry V3 Case (Low Profile or Tented Case)
- 42x MX Switches
- 42x MX Keycaps
- 42x SK6812 MINI-E RGB LEDs
- 12x WS2812B RGB LEDs
- TRRS cable
- USB-C (data & power) cable
Please note that:
- The build will come unassembled or partially assembled to decrease the risk of any damage during shipping
- You will need to insert the switches into the plate, oled displays into sockets, screw everything together (H1.3, H1.5 Hex Tool required) and add the keycaps.
- You will need to know some basic programming if you’ll want to use some advanced features adapt the keymap’s layout to your needs
- Basic tweaking, re-adjusting, re-flashing the firmware etc still might be needed after assembly
- 42x SK6812 MINI-E RGB LEDs (per-key) and 12x WS2812B RGB LEDs (underglow) are not included and won’t soldered. The service of soldering them is closed atm.
The respective controllers will come flashed with:
- Pro Micro QMK VIA Keymap (usevia.app – fast, code free, keymapping tool)
- Nice!Nano ZMK default Keymap
